Puchkin Street. Beginning of 1900s.
To mark A. S. Puchkin 's two-week sojourn in Tbilisi a sector of
Ermolov-Erivansky Square was named
Puckin Street on June 14 1880. The house where the poet stayed in 1829 carried a memorial
plaque with the inscription: "Alexander Sergeevich Puchkin lived in this house in
1829".
