Tile main question on the agenda was that of the refrigerating piants in the industry of Transcaucasia with a special view of storage of perishables to be sent to markets. One of the decisions adopted at the congress was to set up a special Caucasian "refrigerating" committee which should popularile refrigerating plants and study industrial areas in Trans- caucasia.
